What a normal-condition clean includes
- Reachable surfaces, switches, doors, trim, baseboards, sills, vents, and fans
- Accessible floors vacuumed and mopped
- Kitchen counters, sink, backsplash, stovetop and appliance exteriors
- Inside one empty refrigerator and one oven
- Inside empty cabinets, drawers, vanities, closets, and shelves
- Bathrooms including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and vanities
- Ordinary job trash bagged for customer disposal, plus completion photos

Yes. This service is designed for empty homes, apartments, and rentals. If belongings or furniture remain, send photos so we can decide whether the job fits or needs a different scope.
Is $225 the final price?
No. It is the lowest normal-condition starting price. We confirm the flat price from the property size, bathrooms, condition, access, travel, requested extras, and photos before booking.
Are oven, refrigerator, and cabinets included?
One empty oven, one empty refrigerator, and empty cabinet and drawer interiors are included in the normal-condition scope. Extra appliances or unusual buildup cost more.
Do you guarantee a passed inspection or returned deposit?
No. We complete the agreed cleaning checklist and provide completion photos, but we cannot control a landlord, buyer, inspector, or deposit decision.
Where do you travel?
We serve San Antonio and surrounding communities within approximately 30 miles, including Helotes, China Grove, Boerne, and New Braunfels. Outer-area charges may apply after address confirmation, and we do not travel beyond that boundary.
